2. What we collect
- Contact form. When you submit the form we process the name, email address, company and message you provide, solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Analytics. If you consent, we collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information) via Google Analytics.
- Scheduling. If you book a call, we process the name, email and details you enter to arrange the meeting.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses for security and to deliver the site.
3. Cookies & consent
We do not set analytics or marketing cookies unless you accept them. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Strictly necessary storage needed to remember your choice is always active.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). It is loaded only after you consent. It uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure how visitors use the site, including an approximate location derived from a truncated (anonymised) IP address.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- International transfers: data may be processed by Google LLC in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Withdraw consent: use “Cookie settings” in the footer, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
5. Contact form processing
The contact form is delivered through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which processes your submission on our behalf to forward it to us. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
6. Scheduling a call
When you book a call, the scheduling is handled by Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.), which processes the name, email and any details you provide to arrange and confirm the meeting on our behalf. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). See Cal.com’s privacy policy.
7. How long we keep data
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet any legal retention obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email info@hyb-falcon.com.
